Site Assessment & Planning
Every project begins with a detailed site inspection. We evaluate a variety of critical landscape conditions to ensure the finished product performs exactly as intended.

Remove Existing Surface
We remove all existing natural grass, weeds, organic material, rocks, and debris. Excavation is typically completed to a depth of 3–5 inches to allow for a proper base installation.
Install Premium Base
A strong foundation is the key to a long-lasting artificial lawn. We install and compact a high-quality crushed aggregate base in multiple lifts.

Precision Grading
Our team laser grades the base to create a smooth, level finish with a proper slope for drainage. Water should never pool on properly installed artificial turf.
Install Weed Barrier (Where Required)
Depending on the project requirements, a commercial-grade weed barrier may be installed to minimize weed growth while maintaining drainage.
Install Premium Turf
The selected TurfX product is carefully positioned and aligned. Our installers ensure correct grain direction, minimal waste, and proper layout before securing.
Invisible Seaming
Where multiple pieces are required, seams are professionally joined using commercial-grade seam tape and adhesive. Our goal is to create seams that are virtually invisible.
Secure the Perimeter
The turf is securely fastened using professional landscaping spikes or approved fastening systems.
Infill Application
We apply premium infill evenly across the surface to support turf fibers, improve durability, and enhance appearance.

Power Brushing & Final Grooming
The turf is power brushed to lift the fibers, evenly distribute infill, create a lush, natural look, and remove installation marks.
